In one of the world’s original Blue Zones, a group of international participants – each grappling with burnout, anxiety, or emotional fatigue – embark on a 7-day retreat in rural Okinawa. Guided by local elders, neuroscientists, and wellness experts, they engage in immersive rituals and gentle scientific assessments to rediscover balance, resilience, and purpose, reclaiming the mind not through medication, but through rhythm, connection, and community.
